DVD License Option Form

Thank you for using our $40 DVD licensing options Dallas TeleLearning courseware. Video DVD and Interactive DVD-ROM sets are available for your institution/bookstore to order for your students taking the courses. The cost is $40.00 per Video DVD/Interactive DVD-ROM course set, plus shipping, plus a $5.00 handling fee per order shipped. Most Video DVD include three DVDs in the set and are packaged in a Unikeep case for easy storage and distribution. Video sets are in a DVD-9 format that includes closed-captioning. DVD sets are not duplicable or replicable.

Orders are accepted by college and university bookstores and distance learning departments.
